Requests for Expedited Service
Occasionally our customers may ask us to research the possibility for a faster turnaround. Please limit requests to an urgent customer need. We will review to do what we can. It is simply not always possible.
At times, we may be able to accommodate a reduced turnaround time, but NOT always. Management approval is needed for this.
An immediate answer may not always be available, due to it almost always involves review with shop, production, and lab to move the workload around.
We sometimes, but not always, can offer this service if it can be done with only minimal interruption to current workflow and turnaround on jobs already in house.
We also need to have hard blanks available or partially finished blanks ready for new product. Expedite fees may be necessary in some cases.
