CALIBRATION AND RECONDITIONING SERVICE

     To aid customers in the calibration requirements of MIL-STD-45662A, Pennoyer-Dodge Company supplies complete certificates of calibration for all gages traceable to N.I.S.T.  These certificates contain basic as well as actual measured values. Used gage certifications show not only the as-found values, but if reconditioned, we also include the new in-tolerance values. QUALITY CONTROL

     Pennoyer-Dodge Company maintains a strict quality control program to insure the accuracy of its measurements. There is a constant in-process surveillance throughout the manufacturing process.

     All Pennoyer-Dodge Company  final inspection equipment is recalibrated on a designated recall schedule. The accuracy of all our final inspection equipment, measuring blocks and thread wires, are directly traceable to N.I.S.T. Pennoyer-Dodge Company  maintains a quality control manual which adheres to the most stringent government requirements. All gages are inspected in an environmentally controlled lab.
